Echoes Radio Artist Submission

Thank you for your interest in including your songs on our Echoes Radio platform. Please use the form below to submit up to five songs per artist or band. Every submission will be reviewed by a team member and you will receive notification of acceptance or denial with reasons in an email to the email address you provide.

Files uploaded should be professional, stream-ready mp3 files (at this time we can only accept MP3 uploads) . Any uploads that do not meet quality standards will be denied.

Please note that submission does not guarantee inclusion and that we regrettably cannot include any songs from artists who do not read acknowledge and sign the terms and conditions listed below.

Echoes Radio Artist Submission Release

By checking the box above, signing, and submitting my song, I represent and warrant that I am the rightful owner of the recording and/or an authorized agent with full rights to grant permission for its use, and that the recording does not infringe on any third-party rights.

I grant Echoes In The Iron LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publicly perform the submitted recording on the Echoes Radio app and related promotional channels, and to use my artist name, likeness, and song metadata for promotional purposes.

I acknowledge that I will receive no compensation for the use of my song. I understand that Echoes Radio and Echoes In The Iron LLC do not receive streaming revenue, but may display or receive advertising in connection with the app, including during playback of my song.

I understand that I am responsible for any PRO (ASCAP, BMI, etc.) registrations and that Echoes In The Iron LLC does not pay performance royalties.

I understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance on the Echoes Radio app.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I understand that if accepted, my submission will remain active on the app for a period of six (6) months, after which it may be removed unless I am approved for resubmission.

I understand that I may request removal of my song at any time, and that this agreement does not transfer ownership of my work.
